Description

I need a flash banner doing ASAP.

Please see attached document. it has all the images in a psd file.

when the page first loads it should autoplay, ie it moves frm tab to tab after so many seconds.

Alternatively you can clcik on a tab to diaplay that image.

Images and hyperlink need to be controlled from an xml file.

My budget is around $50 (i have plenty done before) and also long term flash work.

i need it done ASAP. Please state time and amount.

Payment will be made after you show the complete banner.
