Description

I would like a flash banner rotator clone of the one found on gamespot.com

* I need the overall banner size to be easily adjustable.
* Each Banners need to accept Jpg/GIF backrounds editable via XML file
* The buttons images on the left need to editable via XML file
If the number of buttons via XML file exceed the overall banner height, the banner needs to have a scroll bar toward the furthest left of the banner rotator.
* The bottom title and text pop up must also be editable via XML file
* Auto rotating speed must be editable via XML file.

I know what I am looking for and will be very specific, so this will be quick and easy.
