Description

Hey Flash Experts,

I need to have a Flash Banner Ad created so I can start advertising for my website. I have attached a mockup/paint image that shows exactly what I am looking for. This should help to make this very simple.

Please take a look at the image and then create a mockup showing that you are able to do the effects. I don't need you to create a full mockup, but I would like to see that you are able to do the exploding text, dripping blood, higlighthing U.S. Outline, specific state, etc.

I look forward to seeing yoru mockups!
