Description

We want a Flash component that be embedded into a web page that can record from the user's microphone. The audio needs to then be stored on the "back-end" in an mp3 format. The recoding needs to then be able to be played back using a through the same Flash component running in the playback mode. If server scripting is necessary then ASP/.NET is required. Database is optional and flat files can be used . Completed solution will have a working demo site of the solution. Arrangements can be made to host demo site if any flash licensing is required.

The component should have 2 modes: PLAYBACK, RECORDING
The recording functionality should be: RECORD, STOP, SAVE, CANCEL
The playback functionality should be: PLAY, FF, REW, STOP

you need a media server also red five or flash media server bid does not include media server setup
