DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT DO IT, IVE HAD ONE CODER TRY AND FAIL BECAUSE HE IS NOT GOOD AT FLASH CS3...

This is to be in Flash Cs3 Only!!!

Please look at file attached. Ok now what is needed is the player in the middle has to shrink smaller when the window is made smaller and bigger when the window is made bigger. The player needs to be a little bit bigger than this when the screen is at its biggest. Plus when pressed full screen it fills screen apart from the menu on the right has to be there.

That is basically it.

Do not bid if you cant do it.
Do not bid if you can not do it in Cs3.
Do not bid if you are expensive as client is not rich.
Do not bid if you do not have a portfolio which is something within these lines.

No watermarks please. Payment will be paypal straight after project is finished. The reason for this is my money from when i listed this is still in escrow beause the other provider will not release it which i can show you the url if needed... So i am not escrowing the money to be trapped again if you cant do the job.
