Description: WE have a phased project to create a speed reading tool for kids.

We like this tool specifically their Presenter parts: http://www.cavisions.com/en/products/product.aspx?myitemid=101

We'd like to keep it customizable so the language is easily changed for the buttons and dialogs.

THe next phase of the project will add more features and extras, but we'd like to keep it simple first.

The Link you provided uses .Net Framework, if you want to go with Flash than Adobe AIR is the medium, and simulation(playing swf) effect can also be provided with the reading text.Action Scripting 3.0 would be used for performing this feature
