Looking for an experienced flash programmer, who can create a photo gallery in flash.

All information needed is attached.

PLEASE READ the attached description file carefully and place only bid, if you can meet my requirements in design, flash and xml. Examples of your work will help me to choose you as service provider.

some providers ask me, if i want a full website or only a flash gallery. i am sorry, if this is not quite clear in the description, but i want a full website. the link above in the description should you gave an idea and the images which are attached is the design i wish. i tried to do this project with a really expierenced programmer, but he wasn't able to do this site with xml. Altough the design of the site looks very simple, programming this site needs a lot of experience in flash, actionsscript and xml. SO PLEASE ONLY BID, IF YOU REALLY ABLE TO MANAGE THIS PROJECT. YOU MUST NOT BE A PROFESSIONAL FLASH PROGRAMMER, BUT YOU SHOULD EXPERIENCED IN FLASH, ACTIONSCRIPT, XML. I HAD A LOT OF TROUBLES WITH LOCAL PROGRAMMERS, WHERE PROBLEMS STARTED WITH EMBEDING FONTS (ALWAYS BLURRY) AND ENDS WITH XML,.... i hope that now further missunderstandings can be avoided.
