Description: I need to edit the following template:

I will have to:
Add a couple of paragraphs for each page(totally 4 pages),
Change the name of one page/link
Add meta tags to the home page
Set the email
I will use the provided pictures in the template.
Need to know the estimate and timing for this simple editing.
Please, do not bid on the project if you have too many projects to complete.
Once we start the project it has to be completed exactly in the provided time.
Sometimes I have to edit this kind of templates so I am going to refer always to the same person.
