Description

client wants to turn the attached psd into a simple flash website.

animation: the street lights (red streaks) moving and the billboard rotating with different billboard images

animation: background music, roll over button effects and sounds

pages would be x5 and open over top of site

locations page would just link out to a google map

contact page would just be a few links to email address and one contact form


i will provide all images and text

funds will be escrowed
