We are considering to build a CHINESE site in at most 1 week using the following template:

The basic requirements are as follows:

Flash, <10 pages
Two languages, Traditional Chinese and English
No CMS required, but the content should be able to be easily amended and administered by non-professionals
Content/ Photos provided
Knowledge in Chinese highly preferred
