Description

We need a simple Flash application that will play video files on what appears to be an old black and white TV screen.

What we envision is the user turning the channel button and on the screen seeing a title and short description of that channel's video. If the user clicks the channel dial again, they get a different video title and description.

There would need to be video control buttons for; Play, Pause, Rewind, and Forward.

The video files begin as avi files and get converted to swf. But at this point we're not sure what original file format would give us the best quality so we're open to suggestions. We just need to be able to add video files in the future to the source, .fla file and then be able to add a new channel, with its title and description. For now we only need to have 6 channels for 6 videos.
