Description

Animate image of people.
Movements must:

1. look natural.
2. be subtle, so as not to distract the reader.
3. constructed such that each action can be independently turned off.
(later we decide we don't like an action we can just turn off without impacting others)
4. In the first few seconds after the page is loaded there can be more activity than later when the user begins to read the page. At this later stage is where we need the subtle infrequent eye blinks etc. I have a 3meg TIFF of this image if it would be helpful.
