Description

I am in need of information on how I can add a flash movie (swf, exe, or whatever) to my desktop and have it sort of run in the background and animate. Not 100% sure of the details. I can make the flash file but I'm not a programmer. An example would be something like a small flash clock or a small flash character that occassionally runs/animates across the screen then goes way. This may take windows programming but I'm been told it's doable within flash. Information is what I need. This is a small project and I'll pay $30+ for that. More if the info produces exactly what I want.

Additional notes -
1) I want this to work on anyones computer
2) I want this work just like the little wizard guy in MS WORD.

See the attached flash file and imagine this little guy animating in the lower-right hand corner of your screen while you work on other stuff (just like the WORD wizard). I can make the animation but I can't make it downloadable to automatically run in the corner of your screen after downloaded.
