Description

The project would be to design a website to advertise houses for letting purposes. It would need a logo and graphic design with flash elements. Potential customers would have to register and log in to see the houses. The details of the customers would need to be easily accessible by the owners of the site It would also need to allow the owners of the site to upload photos of houses easily along with details of the property, but contact details would have to be withheld until permission is given to the user. It would need a connection to paypal to allow payment for lettings. It would also need pages for property management where customers can log in and look at their account, notify the owners of problems and specify them. This is a project which will be an internet business and the owners have limited technical ability so the easier it is for them to adjust the site, add details, photos and monitor user details the better. My employers want the job done well which is why i have a reasonable budget so I would appreciate it if you can provide user friendly, attractive, professional site. Thanks
