Description

I need a good designer to create a flash banner for me. It will be used as a header for a website im working on. The header will have a lighthouse to the left that stays constant and then an image to the right that changes periodicly.

I will supply all of the images. This needs to be professional looking. I reserve all rights to all images used including the final project.
