Create a multimedia distributing website - URGENT

Online digital distributor looking for potential long term, skilled web designer to create a website containing streamable, downloadable multimedia. We will provide some of the graphics (logos, pictures) for the design. The site will require some flash and scripting. Please check the pictures for the basic layout of the site (please disregard the quality and colors).

was thinking for the overall color of the site, like we said black background, white writing, and red theme.

Now for the auto news scroller: Will that be done in flash? If so will it be easy for me to update?

As for the forum template, we are just looking for a standard forum setup. The reference sites for the forum page are:

We will also need a donate page. We will have numerous topic/reasons for people to donate. Each subject (for example: Donate to upgrade our studio.) will have a progress bar and a monetary goal, that will be automatically updated when a payment is made.

Since we do not have all of our media and content finished (it won't be ready until February) I was thinking it would be easier if you just made templates for each layout file I sent. The templates would have placeholders (fake content) where I can fill it in later.
