I need an anamnesis from an individual who suffers from Obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Only apply if you know what topics are needed to write a correct anamnesis/ clinical history.

It has to be original or at least it cannot be traceable.

Approx. 10 pages - times new roman – size 12 – space between lines 1.5

I will also need a batch of 15 sessions where this individual speaks freely about his problems/life. (min. 5 pages per session).

For these interviews you should have to imagine yourself as 45 year old man, suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder. Unemployed, living with is mother, or with both parents, lack of social life, e.t.c

This man is giving some interviews for a psychologist, whatever, but that it's not important, since there will be no right or wrong questions, as the subject will speak freely about his daily routine, telling details about is life, early days, family, relationships, e.t.c... the only thing that is important is that what he says matches to someone with OCD, e.g., it would be important if something traumatic had happened while being a child or he could have had a good family, but with a very perfectionist mother, etc. There will have to be something to support the OCD synthoms.
