Description

I am looking to:

1) Design a site in cartoon format with cartoon strips (an 8-box strip) with a fight piracy perspective

2) Have the cartoonist design 2 strips a week on the subject matter of music in color

This is an ongoing job with new cartoons every week. So in total there will be the initial cartoon website design, then twice a week a cartoon strip for the site.

Need someone with experience in cartoon strips, very creative, loves music and would like to work on a project on an ongoing basis as a freelancer.
