Description

I am looking for a reliable & highly capable person/team to complete my project. I already chose a bidder because of their high rating (600+ reviews) but was extremely disappointed as it was difficult to get a hold of them, their quality was terrible and they hadn't show me anything of significance after a months time (when it should have been finished by then). I would like bidding to be precise, including time it will take. I will give you the storyboard and most process. Although most of the planning is already done, I would also like a person that could give me valuable input for the design/process.

Here are the details of the project:
- This project will consist of 2 websites (can have similar design with different logo) that work together with one admin.
- This will be a combination of a student/teacher connection site (eg www.gawemaster.com) and a teacher/recruiter site with a job posting board and paid advertising (please see: http://www.eslcafe.com/jobs/korea/ )
- One site will be in english for the Teachers & Recruiters. The other will be in Korean for the students.

Here are the major functions of each site:

English (teachers/recruiters) site:
- take Teacher's application for Private student referral -> contents will be posted on Student site similar to the style on www.gawemaster.com (you can see a sample style of the list of profiles we will need through the 1st & 2nd link on the top bar)
- *Paypal payment for referral
have recruiter fill an application and pay through Paypal to post on a Job Board
- Have Teacher's able to post their Resume to go to the Resume Board
- Additional function: their will be a simple search for the Resume Board/Job Board

Korean (student) site:
- take applications from Student for Native English teacher referral -> post profile on teachers site
- Additional function: simple search function

Total number of pages will be approximate 90 pages for the english site, korean site, and admin.
