This is a website I started to design, but due to other freelance projects, i've lost the time to finish it. If you feel you can recreate one better, I am open to your suggestions/specs. Besides the files you see here, I need some space added to each page for sponsors. I also would like an email form on the contact page so people can list their homes and email them to me. So check out the files, let me know, again, if you want to set up a different spec for me, that would be great (my files could be just something to give you an idea of what I'm looking for).

Also, I am looking to establish a long term association with the winner designer. After this project, I have more to follow. Two immediately, so time and contact is very important.

Looking at your work, it is clear that you need a database (Find a Realtor) with search facilities.
Photo listings (uploads/edit) also require a back end of some sort. Unless you are going to maintain manually.
