I need a experienced professional designer to improve quality of existing website (www'dot'alphaetech'dot'com). I needed minimum budget but quality professional solution all new freelancers (who are looking for good review) are also welcome to bid my project....

I also needed suggestion if anybody have...100% fast payment {--- with excellent rating --- } by GAF and any other method as you like but only after receive a good solution ........sorry no prepayment payment.

again Website will be static I will provide all content there will be maximum 6-8 pages. only home page banner will be using flash...I am looking to pay close to 30$..
