Description

Looking to create new website for me.

Here is the detail of the site:

1. Create templates (see sample of graphic and icons)
A. Wording will be provided
B. I have the images and will be provided

3. Main Image on template to rotate (image1, image2, image3...etc)
A. Upon Changing/updating an Image, template to be updated

2. Create a simple application form in two steps
A. When done next step to send them to my PayPal account (simple coding... PayPal will handle shopping cart and rest of registration).
B. When done, email it to us.

3. Once we approve, you will get paid.

My budget for phase I is below $100
