Description: Hi. I need a real estate website with flash intro header done. Here are some samples that you can use to get an idea of what the final product should look like:

Please bid only if you are certain that you can complete this project with a high level of professionalism. The winner should be an experienced designer who can create high quality graphics and an elegant web design.

The website is 8-20 pages and the bidder will only be responsible for creating the Photoshop Layout and the CSS for all pages. NO HTML WORK IS REQUIRED.

It is also worth mentioning that this is the first time, we are trying this website to outsource our development work and if we are pleased with what we see, there is a chance for a full time contract or a partnership. We have lots of work! and we'd like to deal with the same person all the time if we are satisfied.
