Description: I need a web designer to design the homepage of my website. The website is realted to web hosting. I would apreciate a flash banner for the same. I do not want a very professional flashy banner. But it should be good enough to attract the attention of the on looker.

Lower bid will be appreciated. Kindly bid for the homepage. I will be providing u with a layout. You will have to work accordingly. Thanks :-)

Do not use readymade templates. I want the design from scratch. If I find the design u provided me is from a readymade template I have the right not to pay for the same.
