Description:	Please read these two rules first: 1) DO NOT reply if you are located outside of the USA. 2) DO NOT send a generic reply that does not show that you have read my ad. I need a freelance web designer to develop a customized landing page for my reseller storefront. This may be the perfect opportunity for a student with advanced programming and graphics skills but is suitable for professionals as well. This will require custom graphic work, some flash, and SEO. The site itself is not hosted on my server but the landing page will be. The landing page is merely a way to take away the stock look of the site and make it appear as if it is hosted by me. I would prefer to work with someone locally (NJ / NY) but this is not strictly necessary. Please contact me for additional details or with any questions. In your response please include your website or portfolio of work and comment on why you would be a good candidate for this project. Refer to a specific past project if applicable. This is not really a difficult project, I am just looking for someone reliable, reasonably priced and who has the correct skillset to do it well. I am easy guy to work with looking for the same. I’m taking a little bit of time because I’m not necessarily in a rush to start right away but I do intend to get the ball rolling on this sooner than later. My goal is to have it completed within a month. My main concern is the graphics. I really want a great logo and sharp graphics as per the specs I sent over earlier. The wall I keep hitting is trying to figure out who is truly capable of delivering what it is I’m looking for. Even though I did not give too many exact details, the landing page examples I provided should give you a basic idea. The store itself is not hosted on my server so I cannot really edit it extensively. I am only able to add headers and footers, change the color of the navigation menu and alter prices and what products are sold. What I am looking to do is create a custom landing page for the site. My vision is making it look like it is a NJ based hosting company, not a generic reseller site. At the bottom of this message I am including a list of reseller sites that have added landing pages for examples. This landing page will need to be SEO optimized for searches like “nj web hosting / designer,” or something to that affect. I want to have a custom graphic made for the header with a logo. I’m really not sure what I want, maybe something that incorporates an image of the state of NJ. This header image will have to be created in three different sizes for different areas of the site (landing page / product areas, customer login, and e-mail logo). I am also not sure what color scheme I am looking for, a lot of this would probably be open to your artistic interpretation. I want something that looks clean and professional, something that will really brand the site. I will also need 3 or 4 custom graphics in the body highlighting certain products within the store. I also want a flash element on the top / left rotating through 3 or 4 ads for different products. These services will not be sold on the store itself, the purpose of this page is to make a sales pitch, list references and refer customers to an e-mail address and phone number in order to get more information. This page will be linked from the home page through a custom graphic and have the same header / navigation as the rest of the site. That is the project in a nutshell.
