Description: I am now building a community web site and need a assist of designer

At this moment, i have already finish the functional part using PHP and MySQL. However , I need a designer to design a logo, the theme and many picture(menu, button....) for the website(and may be some flash). For those people who are interest,I will show them my website and some website template which i think the design is good.
