We are a Software Development Company and We need freelance Web Designer from MUMBAI (INDIA) only to design a static website and logo for us. the static pages must be easily adoptable to CMS since we want the content to be dynamic. However You need to prepare only static site and not the CMS. We will need CSS of the entire site also made available to us. The site will have approx. <= 15 pages.
