Description

I'm looking for someone to design a "single" web page as well as a banner for a contest we will be hosting on our website. The contest is for unsigned artist to see who can make the best song over one of our beats. We'll provide the information for the page and banner, but need it to have an urban theme, as well as a general color scheme simliar to www.trackfiends.net. It does not have to be the exact same color scheme but we don't want it to be too off. We would also like the webpage and banner to both contain flash. Designer must be skilled in urban/hiphop themed designs.
