Description

I want a site similar to blogtv.com, but I want to remove some functionality to reduce the complexity:

•100% anonymous, no rules or regulations for the broadcaster (just 1 rule apply - no child pornography) - All streams are saved and mapped IP´s logged for future reference.

•Award/credit system, users can earn credits for a good performance, credits are provided by incoming sms from viewers (sms script for integration is provided by sms-operator). In order to take part of the award system, the user must register and create an account of course.

•No categories or channels needed

•A fixed number of “broadcasting seats” – all sessions visible on the front page like miniatures. When you enter the broadcast session you can chat with the broadcaster, just like blogtv.com (broadcaster must be able to kick viewers if they don´t behave)

•Admin interface with full control (can kick and end any session)

•No need for co-hosting in the broadcast session

•No broadcasting schedules – first come, first serve basis – if the broadcaster´s show sucks, then a voting system should kick the broadcaster from the broadcasting seat, and another broadcaster can take the seat.

•On the front screen, I want to be able to show “best of” material (video clips).

•The broadcasting client should be as easy to use as on blogtv.com, created in flash. Flash media server and web server is available for test environment if needed.

•I want to use the GAF escrow system, and I would like to break down this project into several work packages which are followed by escrow payments upon completion.
