Description: We need a very good designer who can take this project and put their design expertise to work. This has to be completed within 20 days. If you cannot fill the requirements, don’t bid!!!!!
We would like to:
*Redesign with a custom Flash Introduction with provided pictures, text and sound.
*Flash Banner with pictures in a slide show.
*VERY IMPORTANT...Video archive section for video play back (You Tube Like)
*Picture Gallery where pictures can be clicked to get larger
*BackEnd ADMIN to load pictures in the Gallery and Load Videos
*Contact form
*We also need professional Logo incorporated in a banner which will be provided.
*All pictures and Flash has to be fast loading
*Clean W3C Valid XHTML/CSS Coding (Tableless coding)
*compatible with all browsers, IE (6/7), Firefox, Opera etc...

Please do not bid if you cannot deliver all my requirements!!!!
