Description:	Ok well I am truly looking someone who has an artistic eye for graphics, logos, fonts and most of all websites design. I have tried in the past to find creative designers who are also programmers and I see that is extremely rare. Show me creative talent and I will pair you up with the best developers to make everything happen. I do not want to see boring template sites, i do not want to see colors that do not fit or people who are color blind. Your sole job would be being a lead designer for a marketing firm per project but of course we will start with a smaller project and see and test your skills. Plenty of work is here for the right person. Please take a look at these samples. this is NOT what i am looking for... http://www.sangiarts.com/clients/ this is like first grade graphic design. I need a dedicated person who can drive and deliver top notch web design... Skills that would really really help for this position.. 1. Photoshop of course is a must 2. Flash is another huge huge plus 3. Creativity is a must.. I show you 3 samples and you give me your vision. 4. Dedicated person who works hard and is fair. 5. Illustrator, banner development and other areas are also a huge plus! Now for the project.. this is what i am seeking.. Seeking someone who can create a page template from scratch with similar concepts and ideas like http://www.drmatlock.com/ and http://drrobertrey.com/ notice how sexy looking and the elegant professional looking site.. look how both pages are very polished and rounded.. the layout of this project will be very very similar.. top header.. body, side bar, and footer on bottom.. entire site will use same template throughout.. we will start with photoshop designs at first.. then build the code around it. notice how colors fit and blend together.. exactly what i am looking for..
