Description

I am looking to redesign my existing website.

I need to change the header of the site with a new flash header. The back ground of the site should be predominantly white with a little light grey like in this site: http://ispg.co.in/ourdesigns/uri_binamo/ and the left column with the links tables should become something like on the same site: http://ispg.co.in/ourdesigns/uri_binamo

The other 2 things to change are to adjust the titles' colors according to the new colors of the site and to redesign the central Google Ad Sense box in the middle of the page.
