Description: Hi,
I need a web designer who can help me with the website. How much would you charge me if I purchase a website template from http://www.templatemonster.com/ template # 11629 and ask you to customize it and upload to the server...I will need you to edit/creation of navigation, logo insertion, change of color to match the logo, adding text(I provide it), form programing like "Contact Form" with results to my Email, property search programing to the MLS IDX, adding links and maybe something else(little) that will come up...

How much would you charge and how long it will take you... If you can have this complete in 48 hours from accepting the job, then there will be a $50 bonus. Thank you for bidding on this project.
