If you can not do the following task please do not bid on this project. I am looking for someone who can do the tasks below without having their hand held every step of the way.

I need someone to help design numerous web sites. These will be different web stores and sites that will take advantage of Google ads and other affiliate programs. The ideas for the stores are very simple and once we get the basic template down it will be simple to just make a few changes and create a new store. Some of these stores will be to sell right away and others will be to use. This position will pay a % of the sales profits and the monthly profits from each web site we keep. So there is a huge potential to build a large monthly income from the ideas my company has. This position will also eventually receive a % ownership in the company.

You must know the following or please do not respond to this job offer.
1. Know how to design using Wordpress, Joomla or whatever language you use best. I don't really care what language you do these in as long as you can create them how we want them.
2. Know how to use FTP, Cpanel and Create Domains and Sub-Domains. I do not want to explain to someone how to use FTP
3. Be able to work on your own with a set of directions and get things done.
4. At least know some basic flash design

I do not mean to be harsh in this post but I have made 3-4 post and have gotten a lot of people who do not have a clue about the things they are saying they know. So please do not waste either of our time.
