Description

I need the attached JPG photo to be animated into a GIF. I would like a "pulsating glow" animation(similar to a mood light or lava lamp) for a relaxed mood. This will be the background for my Twitter page, so it must be kept in original size and quality. Photo must not lose quality after animation.

I am open to the designer's creativity and ideas besides my own so let me know if you have a better idea!
