Description

I require an internet site designed, fully set up and made functional. Site must be professional while at the same time being very cool, fresh, confident and funky.

Site is required to promote an Urban artist management / touring agency based on Urban scene (i.e hip hop and funk).

Provider must be highly skilled in html and flash. Before bidding pls google Hip Hop and Funk as site should be highly geared towards same. Site should have email access. I dont have all content at the moment so site should be structured to allow this content be incorporated later.

No time wasters please. Site must be very professional. I wont accept second rate design. Funds will be escrowed after major part of designed as been completed. I have enclosed a couple of samples below however I recommend full research. Provider should be able to present a plan and advise time line and be able to follow closely. Again - importance equals Professional, Funky, Fresh and very cool.
