Description: Hello.

I'm looking for an experienced html programmer with also some web design knowledge.
What I'd like him to do is turning the page I've re-designed into clean coded html (the page design is based on a purchased template, but it was awfully coded and didn't allow almost any changes). Note it is not only slicing, but also html work needed (pure 'notepad' html preferred).
The resulting page must be flexible, dynamically stretching with contents change/update. All the elements (background gradients, buttons, icons, headers etc) must be properly sliced (not simple region-slicing, please) and used in the most efficient way - giving the light, fast loading page.

All the 'fly-over' and 'selected' icons/buttons states will be provided in separate file.
Width of the page is constant, height should be automatically stretched to properly keep the contents.

This project is a test one (I am looking for a long term relationship with selected freelancer), so please post Your BEST examples (2-3 max) and ONLY relating to this particular project - perfect slicing, optimizing and coding of the web page based on the provided design (PSD or TIFF). Freelancers posting copy/pasted comments with 10+ websites to check, will be ignored (as by doing so they ignore my request for specific examples only).

I'm not some big dev team, but I can get the job done. Bottom line, I've done exactly what you've described hundreds of times both professionaly and privately. The best example of which is my personally run game/film site at http://www.media-geeks.com. Any site I've created begins as a PSD before getting sliced and having css styles applied.
