Description: Hi,

I am getting a lot of projects and I am not being able to handle it alone. I need help with simple stuff like conversion of a design to valid xhtml/css . Simple help with rudementary flash work. All advanced level work I will still handle myself.

For now I have one design I want converted to xhtml / css , just one page. I need delivery in 24-48 hrs max and not willing to pay more than $30 as it IS a very simple job. Obviously if this project goes well this will be a regular affair.
