I'm looking for one or several web designers (long term employee).

I'm leading a graphic design agency and I want to outsource the webdesign work. I have about 10 new websites per year and of course the upgrades for those already made.

I want long term relationship only.

You will have to work on totally different projects, some of them with all the graphic design made, others with the full work to do. I want complete and finished work : U host the work and I want a backup of all work files. I have a clear preference for flash websites : the graphic design/animation is clean on every browser/OS, but sometime I will need comercial or database related websites.

I'm not a pro in web, but I'm in graphic design and communication. I want only the best work, in quality, ideas and browser speed. I'm tired of "great looking" websites poorly programmed or of the contrary.

I have actually 7 websites in production, all of them must be finished in the next 3 monthes. One of them will need a flash game for kids.

So please submit your best references and your speciality (flash action script, game design, etc).

I have and urgent website page (to announce the future website to come).

For money matters, I give U the information for one of the websites, to have some comparison :
Full comercial website : about 7 to 10 pages in 2 languages (english and french)
Graphic design has to be made / flash animations / selling database (will be filled by the seller) / complete order sheet / visitor's book page with database (filled by the visitors) / payment routine (CB).
