Modification of Website Template Needed

I have the following website template (it's straight out of the box) and I need it modified to reflect my company information.

I want you to take the categories and textual information from the following website and use it to modify my template...
http://www.marketingownage.com/index.html

You will need to have experience with flash and logo design as the header and graphics will need to be changed to reflect my company name and information.

This should be a pretty simple and straightforward project that should go pretty quickly for an experienced website/graphic designer. Please make sure you are able to deliver clean, crisp, professional work. Please provide examples of your work.

Budget needs to stay under $100. Looking to get this done ASAP.
