Description:	We need a strong web design and logo for our 6th gaming site. Not looking for the cheapest bid, we want the best company for the job. We have original content and a clear idea of what we need and rough draft. We need the ability to change content often so we like the Joomla smoothportal template or a similar suggestion. The new site is SharksVegasStrip.com and is a gaming affiliate site. The only data base needed will be an email capture (emails dumped into excel) which will be built into a flash banner advertising our next tournament. About 250X250. In the header we need our new logo and a mean shark swimming across the header chasing rolling dice then eating them. Maybe have just the fin of the shark showing at first?
