bidder should be a muslim since he wont understand most of the points unless so.

THIS IS ONLY A DESIGN PROJECT NO DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED

A design for an islamic website is required (NO TEMPLATES).
Work specs:
1. NO TEMPLATE, and must not look like any template
2. for this site only arabic is needed
3. tables heavy use is not accepted
4. all designs must be javascript errors free and pass xhtml validation.
5. This is a test project for the designer, if success a lot of other projects are in queue to be made some with higher budgets, and a partnership will be created with the designer.
6. deadlines and status updates are important.
7.designer is free to have his creativity on how to structure the site, we will take the design and code on it not the designer.
8.usage of flash is kept for the designer to find where appropriate.

design requirements:
1. unique identity and a new logo for a mosque community.
2. there will be events section (for men,women,kids), so a calendar on the main page with events will be required and events details page.
3. prayer times.
4. library. [with images- video - sound] (will have several sub sections - 2 levels for menu)
5. fatawa.
6. contact us.
7. about us.(the mosque, the imam,mosque building)
8. latest news.
