Description:	I need an expert html and flash vendor to take over a project already under construction. The project is an online sports store similar to this: http://georgiadogs.teamfanshop.com/?DB_OEM_ID=8800 I hired a vendor to work on this project but they are not able to respond quickly enough (within 24-48 hours) to design changes. The project is still in concept phase-the client has reviewed two designs and chosen one and is making adjustments. Your job is simply to complete the design and then work with my php programmer to complete the integration. Those vendors who have positive feedback and can demonstrate your work , I will provide the current stage of the concept.
