Description:	I'm a coder, but not a designer A study association from the university of twente is moving from an old (ugly) site: http://www.sirius.utwente.nl/ to this new site: http://wesp.snt.utwente.nl/~sirius/ I got a template from somewhere, but now I need it to have a customized header. This logo has to be included in the header: http://wesp.snt.utwente.nl/~sirius/not_joomla/gaf/Sirius logo.psd you can make the green of the logo in the same green color as the green color of the site, but don't touch the black of the globe in the logo;) The header has to have a text somewhere which says: "Studievereniging voor Bestuurskunde, European Studies en Gezondheidswetenschappen" also have a look at the old site to understand what i mean I can make an header with this logo and the text, but i cant make it nice enough to fit it within the style of the site, and that is why I ask you References to previous work are required if you like to get this fast and easy paid job (i know this is very little work for a designer) max of this project is 40 dollar people who can make this header with flash and can prove that they will make it nicer have more chance of getting this project. and one last thing: the site now looks a bit static, too boring, i'd like the header to fix this issue, but ofcourse no overkill like fancy lasers or angry orcs. an idea is maybe to use both green of the background and the blue of the titles of the website, but ofcourse thats up to you, as long as it looks nice Additional information submitted: 03/12/2007 at 11:40 EDT: i said that you weren't allowed to touch the black of the logo, but if you feel that it is necessery, do it;) 03/12/2007 at 12:17 EDT: I'd like to see the green of the site return in the the header, and also the blue of the titles which are used on the site 03/12/2007 at 14:21 EDT: a note to everyone I dont want flash unless it is a subtle animation and for people who send me low quality work: you don't have to fool me with customized flash templates or .jpgs made up with photoshop and just some standard effects like fade or multiple layers. i want something special and sleek, not standard crap, i can do that by myself. read my previous notes that should point you in the right direction.
