I have a small reseller hosting business with about 30 clients each of which have websites that I have had my staff or contractors create.

After downsizing somewhat over the last 12 months I currently have less people available to help me out from day to day with changes and new developments that my clients request. I am not very rich and dont charge my clients as much as I probably should but I do have a fair bit of work to get through and some good ideas that I am planning to implement soon. (with a little help)

I need someone who will be available for 8 hours to help me design and set up many varied websites, sometimes as many as 10 per day.
(I have all the content and other info we need ready to go)

First create a system for SEO that we will apply to all our websites and after we have set up each website and uploaded to the server, you will need to do some SEO and Internet Marketing to get a good start and good exposure.

Please offer your best bid for 8 hours work and know that if you cope and work fast I will use you again, and if that works out I would like to negotiate an ongoing daily rate and offer you more and more work on this basis.

Your 8 hour work block can be performed at a time that suits us both, so this we need to discuss, agree on and then stick to.

I like to get involved with the whole development process but I am not a programmer or designer so I really need someone who is expert enough to make up for my lack of knowledge. (Having said that I know how to manage a project and I know how to assist you to wade through issues and problems.)

You must be available on skype at all times while you are working so we can discuss work and problems as they arise.

All work must be working and tested by you in IE5 and above and latest Firefox, and tested Screen Res 800x600 and 1024x768 with NO HORIZONTAL scroll bars (PLEASE!) :)

If you work well initially but then slow down or become hard to work with I wont offer you future work. AGAIN, please know I want regular people who are efficient and solve problems fast. Our systems are a little different and take a little getting used to but once you know how we operate everything will become easier for you to do.

You get paid for a completed 8 hour work shift.

Your work will consist of you being allocated the highest priority task on my todo list and if it is detailed I will often discuss it with you so you understand exactly what is needed.

It could be anything to do with seo, internet marketing, web design, theme changes, layout changes or the creation of new pages or functions for my existing clients sites.

Oh ! I am in a bit of a hurry to find someone and will need to to start immediately.
