Update and optimize template

Tasks:
1) Resize the website to 1024x768
2) Change text to include our own including company logo
3) Lighten background to a tone to be provided
4) change the photos for those provided
5) Optimize the website to load rapidly (needs to be just as fast as the provided link or better)
6) All sound and animation effects will stay the same.
