Description:	I need a professional web designer who has experience customizing flash web templates. I will need customization to the following web template: http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/14041.html SHORT DESCRIPTION: Bid winner will need to customize the template to given specifications, insert required text and pictures, and create pop-up windows for new text. Also, formulate "Contact Us" page so that users are able to fill out and send information via the website. The changes are fairly straight forward and not too complicated, but I require a professional with experience in flash template customization who has a portfolio of work that I can look at prior to assigning bid. A successful completion of this project will likely lead to selection for similar projects down the road. Good communication is key. Below is a DETAILED DESCRIPTION. A fuller description with possible additional changes and text will be given to project winner. Please read this with the template open: HOME PAGE will require the deletion of the "News" section and the editing of the "Welcome" section. The topics (Web design, print design, etc.) at the bottom of this section will each need a large-pop up window so that when users click the topics, text can be read. The type of window I would like to pop up is found by clicking "Read More" in the "ABOUT US" section. ABOUT US section will require text editing and additional pop-up windows that open when clicking on the topics listed in this section (currently listed on the right side of this section). Again, click Read More in this section to see the type of pop-up window I am talking about. Also, the size of this pop-up window and the others will need to be enlarged. PORTFOLIO section will require the pictures to be edited with those I provide. You will need to resize as appropriate and (this is important) keep the flash graphics for the new pictures provided. When you see this section, you will know what I mean. CONTACT US section text will need to be modified and the page formatted so that users can fill out and send the required information via the website. At the very bottom of the site is some text in dark gray. Privacy Policy, Music on/off. I just need this text color to be lightened so that it is easier to read. Please contact me with any questions.
