Description

Just a small flash project.

I need a single image that I will provide to fade in and do a sort of "lightning effect" (all black and white). Then I would like a simple "enter" button to appear below the logo. You will have to remove the existing text below the logo, but it's all black so it should be no problem.

This should be an easy project so max budget is $30, and I need it in less then 2 days. If you have the effects pre-made that's fine, it does not have to be custom work.

If I can get a viable canidate tonight, I will award the project immediately.
