Description: We are looking for someone with a working knowledge of Flash 8 or CS3 to design a financial website. We already have the database built and needs to be integrated in the future flash site.
The website will have user control:

• To post applications
• Sign up or login
• Edit details and content - make suggestions
• Search opportunities by different criteria’s

The admin part can be php, html or flash and must have the following features:

• Activate, Edit, Delete, user accounts
• Send email to users

You will need to compress the pictures as much as you can so that the website will load fast.
Please do not bid if you cannot show at least 10 complete flash website you have developed in your portfolio.
