Description:	Flash banner for website based on this example: http://www.dielco.com/ You will be supplied with 20 images, you pick the better ones (6-7images) that represent the subject and will have to crop/collage them together. Images to be desaturated with a blue overlay. You will need to present the images so that they resemble the example (we are of course open to your creative input). We need the text animaged on the left hand side. The animation should dynamic (something like a semi-tranparent zooming in). The text should be presented in a nice way. You have some artistic freedom on this one. The size of the flash is 758x200.
